Boarding is available from Year 5 and offers the most authentic Harrow educational experience. Inspired by the traditions of Harrow School in London, which has provided a boarding education for more than 450 years, our boarding programme fosters a vibrant and inclusive community where pupils live, learn and grow together. From Year 5 onwards, boarders enjoy a true home-away-from-home environment that nurtures independence, character and lifelong friendships. |
| Boarding facilities at the school |
All boarders have access to musical studios, sporting and library facilities to enhance their wellbeing and academic progress whilst in boarding. Most importantly, boarders have the opportunity develop their social skills and continually work on their English skills as they interact with peers from other Houses and are supported by the wider boarding team. Our residential leaders and their families live full-time on campus to foster a secure, encouraging, and elite nurturing environment where your child safely journeys from "Belonging to Becoming." A commitment to the welfare of students is of prime concern to all our staff, and we understand that students learn significantly more in a happy and well-balanced environment. Why this matters for your child’s wellbeing: A consistent on-campus residential presence replicates the emotional safety and stable routines of home. This provides the constant reassurance and sense of security children need to confidently master self-reliance, unlock their unique potential, and step forward as future leaders of the world. |
