Urban Hub Open House - 10 June
Visit our Open House to see how we can help your child discover who they are, grow in confidence and gain the skills they actually need for the future.
Every day at Learnlife, children enjoy learning, exploring their passions and developing the essential skills they need to thrive.
Learners are guided on personal learning journeys that help them become curious, happy and autonomous lifelong learners ready to make a positive impact in the world.
Our learning programmes provide a modern learning experience that empowers your child to take control of their learning journey, express their creativity and go deep in their learning. We do not believe in making learners memorise and repeat information.
Instead, your child will explore their passions through authentic, real-world learning, grow their autonomy and gain the most in-demand real-world skills, such as analytical and creative thinking, resilience and curiosity. At the same time, they'll also develop the foundational skills they would do at traditional school in a more impactful way through real-world transdisciplinary learning.
What makes Learnlife different?
Fun and effective learning - Personal learning celebrates your child's individuality, allowing them to focus on their passions and learn in a way that resonates with them.
An empowering experience - Your child will take control of their learning journey, boosting their motivation and confidence, and growing a love of learning.
Positive relationships - Consistent, positive relationships support your child's wellbeing, develop a growth mindset and help them overcome any challenge.

A Different Kind of School
Learnlife is an international learning community for children aged 6 to 18. Our hubs around Barcelona offer an alternative to traditional schooling, combining strong academics with real-world learning.
Instead of rows of desks and one-size-fits-all instruction, learners work in environments designed for curiosity, collaboration and hands-on exploration. Projects often begin with learners’ interests and connect different areas of knowledge, helping them develop deep understanding and the skills needed to thrive in a changing world.
At Learnlife, children develop autonomy, creativity and confidence alongside academic knowledge. With guidance from experienced mentors, they learn to take ownership of their learning and discover their strengths and passions.
A Learning Journey Across Three Hubs
Learnlife is organised into three purpose-built hubs.
Eco Hub (ages 6–11)
Located in Castelldefels near the beach and surrounded by pine forest, Eco Hub offers a primary environment where nature, play and project-based learning support curiosity and strong academic foundations.
Village Hub (ages 10–16)
Village Hub near Sitges provides a modern open learning environment where learners collaborate in creative studios, develop their passions and explore interdisciplinary projects.
Urban Hub (ages 12–18)
Located in central Barcelona, Urban Hub is a fully accredited international secondary school where learners can qualify for an American High School Diploma and the Spanish ESO Certificate while developing a portfolio of projects and real-world experiences.
Together they are a learning ecosystem where kids can grow into confident, capable young people.
Learnlife Eco Hub | Primary (Ages 6 to 11) | Castelldefels
Located steps from the beach and surrounded by pine forest, the Eco Hub offers a primary environment deeply connected to nature.
Children engage in hands-on experiences in indoor and outdoor spaces designed to spark curiosity, movement and exploration. Learnig begins with children’s interests and passions, developed through real-world, interdisciplinary challenges. This approach builds strong academic foundations while helping children build the confidence to guide their own learning.
Learners work in cross-age groups where younger children learn from older peers and older learners develop leadership and empathy. This allows children to progress at their own pace while building strong relationships.
With families from more than 22 nationalities, Eco Hub is a close-knit international community where wellbeing, autonomy and purpose guide the journey.
Learnlife Village Hub | Middle & Secondary (Ages 10 to 16) | Sant Pere de Ribes
Our newest hub brings together years of experience and innovation from our other hubs into a vibrant learning community serving learners aged 10 to 16.
Located less than 10 minutes from Sitges, the Village Hub is designed as a modern open learning studio where creativity, collaboration and hands-on exploration take centre stage.
Children develop strong academic foundations while building real-world skills through interdisciplinary projects, teamwork and passion-driven learning. The open-plan space combines flexible learning areas, classroom-style environments and creative studios where learners design, build and explore ideas together.
A spacious rooftop terrace offers room for sport, gardening and outdoor activities, while nearby woods provide additional space for play, movement and nature-based learning.
Learnlife Urban Hub | Secondary (Ages 12-18) | Barcelona
