I am a local parent and had two of my children at this school. Starting from EYP. The observations of other parents are correct. Academic very weak with below average IB results. High fail rates. Overpriced for what offered. Lack of management in all areas. Good teachers left over the years. Plans of building a new school building are simply not fixing the obvious problems. Not fancy buildings but academic excellence is needed. Deficits in basic topics such as IT Math and Chemistry. The previous and actual management completely finished it off. Last director, who had it under control left after pandemic and quarrel with the board. After just chaos. Just warm words without understanding the real problems from management - kind of arrogance and knowing better. Children stay in lack of alternatives. Too much focus on young children. Lack of academic excellence in later years. Building is deteriorating. Terrible facilities. Focus on military in Ulm will not work out. Army opens, but also closes quickly. Too short sight management. Supervisory board obviously sleeping. If you love your children put them to a government school.

We have just left the school to go back home after 4 years. Both of our children were very happy with their teachers, classmates, subjects and After School Activities.
Communication was sometimes lacking a little bit, but other than that we as parents were also very happy with the school!

At first, we really liked the school. Then managment changed and so did the quality of the school. Only very few dedicated teachers (many left over the years), overall rather weak teaching and academic performance, especially in core subjects like Maths. School managment was not interested in taking concerns seriously. Often chaotic classroom situations and dirty hallways/restrooms.

Unfortunately leadership at the school is lacking. Teaching quality is very weak in certain fields. Stated disciplinary policy is regularly ignored. Average school IB scores are well below world average.
