Terrible. We are moving to Brazil from Canada and scheduled a virtual tour. The director of admissions shows up late because she was waiting in person despite us confirming 3 separate times that this is virtual. Internet connect was poor and so she said she'd send some materials and reschedule the tour. No materials promised were sent. On the next virtual tour, she simply did not show up and the school's WhatsApp has no idea where she is.

It's clear when leaders in a school are this disorganized how the school is internally run. A waste of time and money.
