Entry evaluation for students

Educators recognise that there is a wide range of behaviour and performance within any grade or year. The admission process includes academic and developmental assessments to identify those students most likely to benefit from the school's program. Proper placement will ensure that those students admitted have a higher probability of a successful learning experience & outcomes.

Brief description of entry evaluation required

The school will undertake screening and assessments to determine the right placement of an applicant. After a student has been registered and required paperwork submitted, students entering Years 1 - 8 will be asked to complete a placement test. Students entering Foundation Stage 1 & 2 will meet in groups with a member of the Educational team.
