My son joined this secondary school this year and we could not be happier. He has flourished here: he's happy, involved, and more responsible about his studies. He genuinely enjoys being in school, like all his teachers, who, as he says "they actually do care and want the best for him". The school has a special vibe, it's a great environment for students and families alike and it really brings the best out of each student. The school runs very efficiently, they organise many events and experiences and we feel constantly updated on our son's progress and school life. For us, it's been a hugely positive move and I'd recommend it to any family looking for a school in Abu Dhabi. The fees are a bit high, but in our experience, the difference it made to our son, and potentially to his future, makes it a great investment.

We got fooled by the program outline, the world languages program, the 'global' view of the school and the fantastic and vast facilities. Having now attended, we are truly disappointed. Communication is lacking from the teachers to the faculty, half the facilities and programs are unavailable or inconsistent with no apology or explanation. Worst is the PE program and 'encouragement of development'. There is no development. PE teachers thrive on nepotism, favouring kids who were on squads in previous years, do the absolute minimal possible to encourage other kids to excel and do not hold tryouts and sessions that are open to all students. I've personally witnessed kids who should not be on squads, get on the teams and those that deserve it, don't get a chance to shine. BSME is also a big joke, literally choosing kids who the PE team want to develop, regardless of skill leve... read full review

As parents, we’ve been extremely happy with our overall experience at Nord Anglia School—the quality of teaching, the supportive environment, and the wide range of opportunities offered to our children have all exceeded our expectations. The teachers are genuinely invested in each student’s growth, and the school community feels warm, inclusive, and well‑organized. Our only piece of feedback is that there are currently many different apps and communication channels, which can make it a bit overwhelming to keep track of everything. It would be wonderful to have one centralized app or platform to streamline communication. Aside from this, we’re truly pleased with the school and grateful for the positive impact it has had on our child.
