We've been part of the school community for several years. The campus is lovely - green and conveniently located only 20 minutes with public transportation to the city centre of Vienna. The leadership and staff are approachable and supportive, and we have found some teachers to go above and beyond to inspire our children. The parent community is strong too, and the second-hand uniform shop that they operate on campus has been a big help. Like many IB schools, math in the upper years tends to move quite quickly. In our case, extra tutoring made a big difference to perform well in many subjects of the DP. Also, uniforms if bought new are expensive so take advantage of the second-hand shop on campus. Overall, our children have felt supported and had a good experience due to the positive community environment, but it's worth planning ahead in case extra academic support is needed.

Having spent six years in the Amadeus International School Vienna has been one the most incredible and rewarding chapters of my life. As an IB DP student, I have the opportunity to explore curriculums that stand out for its unique course offerings, subjects or programs that other schools simply do not provide. As a boarding student, the sense of community which I’ve experienced here is truly something special considering I have been far from home. Yet, overtime this place has become my second home, where the bond I share with my fellow boarders is one of the most genuine friendships. I love sending my 2 children to this beautiful school located in a park surrounded by greenery and old trees. The teachers and staff members really stand out in their commitment and concern for the individual students and their families. We have always felt quite cared for as a family at this school, and we really enjoy the community.

I have 3 children at Amadeus and they all love school. We have been blessed with some of the very best teachers. More importantly, the school as a whole provides so much support and demonstrates concern for each child individually.

It is very hard to get me excited, but Amadeus definitely got me excited. Amadeus is a school, where all parties involved strive to create an atmosphere of excellence and passion. Teachers are absolutely dedicated to the children, but also strive to provide a challenging environment, which motivates children to learn.
Amadeus focusses on providing a top-notch music and art extra-curricular program, which can be called unique in all aspects. Students have an international background, and Amadeus is not a school with manifold nationalities, but a school for global citizens.

I absolutely love this school. My daughter is always engaged in meaningful curricular and extracurricular activities, she has friends from all over the world and the school has a strong mission and vision which resonates strongly with my educational beliefs. Amadeus is located in a beautiful, safe park which allows my daughter to have imaginary, free play in nature surrounded by beautiful, old trees and vibrant animal life.
