In the elementary school, classes average 8 to 12 students. In the middle and high school, classes average 12 students.

Language support for students not fluent in the school's language of instruction

ESL traditionally means English as a Second Language, but at ECA English is often the third or fourth language of the students in the program. That is why at Evangelical Christian Academy the ESL program is known as ELL. ELL stands for English Language Learners.

Approximate hours of homework given

Because each student is an individual and has needs that vary, some students will spend more time doing homework than others. A general rule of 10 minutes per day per grade level is recommended – i.e. 1st grade – 10 minutes, 3rd grade – 30 minutes, etc.
