Learning support sessions are indicative of the school’s desire to lead each student to success in spite of difficulties that may arise during elementary years.
Support sessions are decided on and organized by the student’s teacher and lessons are tailored to address the difficulties the student is experiencing Sessions may take place in the morning before school starts or after class in the afternoon. They may last between 30 minutes and an hour depending on the student’s age and might be taught by a teacher other than the student’s own, but who consults the student’s room teacher.
