My son joined the International School of Bucharest from Asia, and the teachers really helped him settle in quickly. In a short time, he felt like a part of the school. The teachers always listen and pay attention to the students. And we had regular communication about his academic and behaviour.

Many teachers are expats from England. They helped my son become fluent in English, and the Romanian teachers are very experienced. The school also offers many different languages, like Chinese, French, Arabic, and Spanish. My son started learning languages from an early age, which has been a great advantage for him.

My son has been attending the International School of Bucharest since Year 4, and he is now in Year 10. Throughout these years, he has always come to school with joy, which speaks volumes about the environment and the support he receives.

The teachers are highly educated and excel in their profession, guiding students thoughtfully and effectively. During the IGCSE options lasy year, we were given excellent direction and support, helping us make informed choices for his academic path. I was thinking all process to be harder for us.

Even now in high school, my son continues to enjoy going to school every day. The school leaders are approachable, communicative, and genuinely invested in both students and parents. Overall, the International School of Bucharest has provided a nurturing and academically strong environment that has helped my son thrive.

My children attend this school at both the primary and secondary levels. As an institution that is open to innovation, the school is constantly striving to develop new and engaging content. It is a very good school, and I would highly recommend it.

I have two childrens. It has been a great experience.
Teachers and administrator supported my children very well both academicaly and emotionally. Interms of school facilities it offers everything you might expect from a school. BSO, CIS, WASC, and other accreditations the school has, made us satisfy that it has good academic level before we decide this school. Another aspect we really like the school is that it provides oportunities for all the students to push their high performance such as IB, A levels, various extra curriculur activities, MUN, Math olympiads, science olympiads, InfoMatrix etc. More than anything the most satisfaction for me is that my childrean are coming home happy and would like to go to school without any hesitation every morning. Teachers in early and primary school behaving like they never attended any form of education, screaming and treating kids unprofessionally.
Heaving "preferred" students seems to be a habit, most of the time kids of their fellow teachers.
Missing classes and leaving assistant teachers to fill their roles is another common thing.
Nothing is changing, even after complaining to the primary school head. The teacher is always right, she never did or said what is claimed by parents.
Lies and screaming about and to the children is a practice.
Academic assessments are a joke; copy and paste almost all the time for all the kids. There is no real communication with the parents; don’t be fooled by advertising when you first talk with the head of primary.
Each year, there are parents choosing a different school because of the behavioural problems of some of the primary teachers.
