ICS offers a learning support program for students in need of additional academic help.

Learning support offered

Specially trained learning support teachers come along side the regular teachers to help our students succeed. ICS has begun a program for native English speakers, in the middle to high school age range, who have greater learning needs such as students with Down syndrome, autism, and other mild to moderate disabilities. This special program includes functional academics and life skills, and is designed to meet the unique, individual needs of each student.

Since it's establishment, ICS has maintained a tradition of quality education. Accredited by the Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC) and the Association of Christian Schools International (ACSI), it offers an American system of education for age 4 through grade 12.

The strength of ICS school lies in its qualified staff and our commitment to students. ICS's academic program is college preparatory and emphasizes community service and AP class enrollment.

Teaching approach of the school

Based on the Bible, in partnership with parents, ICS teaches the whole student to know and apply wisdom for the good of our world and the glory of God. ICS exists to teach the whole student. Students develop both academic excellence and virtuous character at ICS. ICS students put its values into practice. Each of ICS students grade 6 through 12 go on a three to four-day Serving-and-Learning-Together (SALT) trip which involves out-reach to meet the needs of communities in Thailand.
