We couldn’t be happier with our experience at ProEd Global School Umalas! Having moved from an amazing school in Perth, we were naturally a little nervous about the transition and, in particular, maintaining high academic standards. We needn’t have worried at all, both of our children have absolutely thrived and genuinely love learning. One of them even commented that learning feels much easier with the teaching approach at ProEd, which says so much about the way the school supports and engages its students.
One of our children found the transition more challenging, and the care, wellbeing support and understanding shown by the school made such a difference. Knowing our children are not only learning but are genuinely cared for, supported and happy has meant the world to us.
The school has great facilities, fantastic after-school activities and, above all, a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The teachers and staff have been wonderful, and we are so grateful for the way they have embraced our family.
We would highly recommend ProEd to any family looking for a school where children can thrive academically, feel supported emotionally and truly enjoy their learning journey.

I am writing this review as a parent after my daughter completed a full school year at ProEd Global School Nuanu. Unfortunately, our experience left me deeply disappointed in the areas of safeguarding, academic transparency, English support and financial communication.
My main concern was how repeated conflicts between children were handled. During the year, my daughter experienced several physical incidents involving other students. In one serious incident during an after-school activity, another student prevented her from leaving the classroom to seek help, and the sliding door made contact with her head.
I asked from the beginning to view the CCTV footage. The school initially confirmed in writing that the other student had acknowledged playing a part in the incident and that the door had made contact with my daughter’s head. After reviewing the footage internally, the schoo... read full review

Before enrolling your child you might want to find out the schools maps performance averages for your year group or get some tangible evidence of the class performance. The last 12 months have been bittersweet as my child made amazing friends and had some genuinely good time while at the same time my child dropped from a high achiever to an average achiever academically. She had 3 teachers in 1 year. constantly told to sit and wait quietly once finished. Teachers are lovely people. Very kind. but the kids are not being pushed and are not learning at the level they could or should. The extra curricular activities are mostly good but planned poorly. For example there will be a Thursday public holiday and they will put a teachers day on the Monday and a sports carnival on the Friday for half a day. Our family has been part of the ProEd Nuanu community since the first day it opened in August 2023. My 2 children attend ProEd Nuanu and they simply love it. The community is so vibrant, the parents are very social, meeting in the cafeteria daily for coffees. The teachers are amazing, they have taken my children from strength to strength. I highly recommend ProEd Nuanu for any family who want to offer their children a great education in a gorgeous environment in Bali
