I am a parent of two students at this school and have generally valued the education and principles it promotes. However, I was deeply disappointed by how a recent financial difficulty was handled.

Due to a temporary delay in paying school fees, my children were removed from their classroom and placed in the library during the school day. I was also informed that they should remain at home until the outstanding balance was settled. While I fully understand my responsibility to pay the fees and intended to do so, I was concerned that my children were affected in a way that disrupted their learning and left them feeling singled out.

As a parent, it was difficult to explain to them why they were unable to attend class while their classmates continued with their lessons. Although the fees would eventually be paid in full, the missed learning time and the emotional impact on the children could not be recovered.

I appreciate that schools must manage financial obligations, but I believe there may be more supportive ways to address these situations that do not directly affect students' educational experience. Given the school's commitment to nurturing and supporting children, I had hoped for a more compassionate approach.

I share this feedback in the hope that similar situations can be handled with greater sensitivity in the future.
