The in schools assessment arrangements ensure that student’s special needs are identified as soon as possible. Assessment data is used to inform and facilitate decision making with teachers, parents and students.
Whenever possible Peponi tries to meet every students needs within the classrooms, through ensuring that planning, teaching and approaches meet the needs of the majority of the students in the school.
However, when through careful identification and assessment the school and/or the parents determine that a student is not making adequate progress, then the class/subject teacher will consult with Senco and other options will be provided.
With the care and support all students grow in confidence, independence and self reliance to become confident and capable learners.
In the department with the help of the school's professional team the school addresses the whole range of learning difficulties eg Dyslexia, Dyscalculia, ADHD/ADD, Mld and more.

The PE department has a large sports complex surrounded by tennis, netball, volleyball and basketball courts; and rugby, cricket, hockey and football pitches. The sports complex houses a 25m swimming pool, two squash courts, a fully equipped gym, a fitness centre, a classroom and an aerobics area.

Peponi School is founded on Christian principles. It was established in 1989 to be a first class co-educational boarding school, based on which is best in the British Independent School system.
