Our family absolutely love DSC International School and we are grateful that our daughter was able to study there until we moved to another country.
We are a mixed family and my daughter was bullied in her previous school (local school) due to her cultural background, and so we were looking for a school with caring community. In short, my daughter (and us parents) had an amazing time at DSC. From the admissions process to her very last day of school, DSC staff were very caring and supportive. They were always willing to offer help. Her classmates are from different parts of the world and I personally think that the diverse community helped my daughter a lot to develop cultural understanding and promote respect for others.
Although the school is located in a very convenient location (only 5-minute walk from Taikoo MTR station), the school has a large courtyard which we were very happy with.

As a student whose and been in the school since the first grade, I can safely say DSC truly is a place I’ve cherished and helped me made me the person I am today. Since my graduation, I’ve always looked back to my elementary and secondary days fondly, as it was the most inclusive, caring, and supportive environment I’ve ever been in. Whether it’s making friends from all over the world, hearing all kinds of perspectives, to knowing i’ve got teachers who know how to challenge me, there isn’t a moment where I wasn’t learning, and growing essential skills I still use today. DSC is a brilliant school, if you’re in need of a place where you can feel safe, included, and learn plethora of skills in university and life as a whole.

I have been here since PG Kindergarten. The school has been very welcoming to people from diverse backgrounds, with welcoming and patient teachers willing to accompany us along the way. The community is also very rich and vibrant, as there is an abundance of different celebrations from across different cultures that make up our multicultural school.
Academics-wise, I learned a lot of skills that helped me enter my first choice University (as well received useful tips and advice from the guidance counsellor during my college applications). The emphasis on essay-writing and creativity helped me all throughout my first year in university, making the experience throughout DSC all the worthwhile.

My children graduated from DSC. Both of them were well supported by teachers and grew healthily and happily over there. They both were accepted by the top universities.
The school campus may be not so big when compared to schools in other countries but in Hong Kong school this is quite okay and there are some innovative classrooms like Poet Corner and Drama Studio! This is a school highly recommended.

I personally did not find this school amazing for the fees they are charging. The curriculum taught here is what you would be getting in an Ontario public school. Nothing particularly impressive!
The facilities are very limited and there is no swimming pool, soccer pitch or gymnasium large enough to accommodate 30 students. The discipline is non-existent! For example, the uniform policy is rarely enforced. Many students wear PE uniform or mix and match the regular uniform pieces with the PE shorts or top.
I also felt misled by admissions. I was told my son would be getting support for his anxiety issues. Instead, he was belittled by one of the teacher's. I find this type of teaching style to be ineffective and demeaning. However, there are some dedicated teachers that will go the extra mile to support and students in a positive manner. Then, there are some teachers that really ... read full review

I have been with DSC since Grade 1, over the past 12 years, I really appreciate the support of all my teachers, they help guided me to follow my passion and I am also very grateful for all the meaninful friendships with other classmates from all around the world. One thing that I really liked about DSC is the curriculum, it doesn't focus on exams but more on creativity and collaboration during different kinds of projects and assigments.
For those who are interested in the school, I recommend that you can watch the videos with real student and parent testimonials, or simply visit the school yourself during a school tour.

I have been with DSC since Grade 6 and I am graduating this year! Over the 7 years in DSC, I enjoy my time at the school very much, I made many friends from around the world and the teachers always make me feel welcome whenever I meet them. I wanted to study and work in the media and communication field, and the curriculum in DSC provided me many good courses related to this field, I recently received some university offers, and many of them are my preferred choices too, so I would really recommend this school, the school really helped me to identify my goal and also achieve it.

Terrible institution! I wouldn't even call this an institution! Elementary is fine, I guess. BUT SECONDARY! Strict teachers, a terrible leadership team, and worst of all, a terrible student culture. They do not take bullying seriously! If you love you child, DO NOT SEND THEM HERE!

Everyone is very kind and thoughtful, I think the is school is amazing for both extroverts and introverts because no matter who you are the school always supports you to be the best but at the same time trying to put you under the least pressure, I thinks this school is for everyone!!

Delia School of Canada is a good choice for us as a Canadian Chinese family in Hong Kong, my children can get to experience the Canadian education and culture while staying in HK. They follow the same curriculum in Ontario which makes it easier when we need to relocate. It's a humble school with great teachers and we also love the diversity within the campus.
