It depends on the age of the student. As a general rule, no homework is set in early years, but students are expected to take reading books home to read with their parents. In Key Stage 1 and 2, from Year 2 upwards, students have term homework which they ahve 6 weeks to complete, reading books and some maths. About 15 minutes daily. In Secondary they have about 40 minutes a day homework. In addition to the above, at Coruña British International School students are encouraged to read in both English and Spanish. |
