Maximum class size in Elementary School has been set at 18 students in Kindergarten and 20 in Grades 1-5. Each class has a teacher and a teaching assistant. Maximum class size for the Upper School, grade 6-10 is 22 students, grades 11-12 maximum of 14 students per subject group.

New School has a strong athletic programme for both girls and boys that goes back two decades. New School “Falcons” are a member of the Silk Road Association and regularly take part in various competitions in Georgia and abroad.
New School is involved in various different sports with over fourteen teams. The athletics programme at New School includes: basketball, cross country, football, tennis, track and field, volleyball.

New School International School of Georgia is the only school in Georgia that is authorized for the International Baccalaureate Primary Years, Middle Years, and Diploma Programmes.
New School has two sections, Georgian and English.
