We spent 7 wonderful years at NAISR,
From the very beginning, the school has offered a truly nurturing and stimulating environment, where strong academics go hand in hand with personal growth. The quality of teaching has been consistently high, with passionate educators who not only challenge students intellectually but also genuinely care about their development and well-being.
What stands out most is the sense of community. NAISR creates a supportive atmosphere where students feel encouraged to be curious, confident, and kind. Over the years, we’ve seen not just academic progress, but real growth in character, independence, and global awareness.
We are deeply grateful for the dedication of the staff and the many experiences that have shaped these formative years. Leaving is bittersweet, but we do so with pride, appreciation, and lasting memories.
Thank you, NAISR, for seven years of excellence and inspiration.

My two children ages 7 and 12 currently attend Nord Anglia International School Rotterdam. Our experience there has been wonderful for both children. The personal attention they receive, the focus on personal growth and emotional intelligence, and the gentle challenges to excel academically have immensely improved their confidence and enjoyment of their school experience. We truly feel that NAISR cares about our children on a personal level and are very happy with our experience here.

We as parents like NAISR very much for our kids. We like the fact that it is a rather small school. Everyone knows each other and the teachers are easy approachable. All staff really seems to care about the students. Academically the school performs well although they might challenge the children a bit more in the pre IB years. The only negative point of view we have, is that our kids don't really enjoy the cafeteria lunches. But overall we would really recommend NAISR if you want to put your children in an inspiring international learning environment.

As a parent, I just wanted to share how happy we are with NAISR. From the very beginning, it has been a really positive experience for our family. The teachers are amazing — they truly care about the students and always go the extra mile to support them.
Our child looks forward to going to school every day, which says a lot. They feel comfortable, safe, and encouraged to learn and express themselves. We’ve seen so much growth, not just academically but also in confidence and social skills.
The school also offers great opportunities, assemblies, celebrations that keep the kids engaged and excited. I always feel like a lot of thought and effort goes into creating this great environment.
We really appreciate everything the school does and feel grateful that our child is part of such a caring community. This is of course apart from a massive positive aspect of fluent English!
Great school, highly recommend!

I am very happy with the school and the positive environment it provides. My daughters feel completely at home, and they go to school every day with enthusiasm and a smile. It is clear that the teachers and staff truly care about the children and their development.
The school offers a warm, supportive atmosphere where students feel safe, valued, and encouraged to grow both academically and personally. Communication with parents is also very good, which makes me feel involved and confident in the school.
I would highly recommend this school to other families. It has been a wonderful experience for us.

Our family has had an exceptional experience at Nord Anglia International School Rotterdam.
Today, all three of our children received Values Awards, and as a parent, the pride I felt is difficult to put into words.
The school environment has helped our children grow into confident, kind, and curious young people. Even though I wasn’t able to attend their recent cultural presentation, hearing how the teachers encouraged them to share their Vietnamese heritage truly touched me. They felt seen, valued, and celebrated — and that means the world to us.
Our youngest also received recognition for his enthusiasm in mathematics, which has greatly increased his confidence and joy in learning.
I would also like to highlight our excellent experience with the admissions team. From the very beginning, they supported us not only through the enrollment process but also went above and beyond to h... read full review

What we really liked are the highly approachable teachers and staff along with global school initiatives like Tanzania trip, UNICEF trip and NECIS.
Things that require deep attention are:
- Student’s pre-IB years could have been leveraged better (motivation, preparation, etc) towards preparing them for IB.
- The guidance for IB students in the direction of university choices and subjects selection is not sufficient.
- Not enough students in the class who can contribute to healthy competition and set the bar high.

NAISR teachers are goal-oriented, focused, determined, and caring about school students. Their level of involvement and investment in children's academic growth is impeccable and highly recommended. I have seen so far with Year 4 and Year 8 teachers teaching my kids when I would reach out, asking for ideas that can be used to help my kids get used to the new ways of learning at NAISR. The teachers have good communication traits - they ensure that all information, no matter how minute, is provided to us as parents. NAISR teachers take on the parenting character when kids are at school, which makes me comfortable and relaxed knowing my kids are at a safe school with caring teachers.
They are reliable and can easily adapt to any situation from a teaching perspective. From my experience, whenever I email the teacher asking for information about the school syllabus, etc., the teache... read full review

We have been so impressed with the experience at NAISR. One of the greatest strengths of the school is the individual attention and support that each child receives. It is a small, family-like environment where children feel safe, nurtured, and truly valued.
The relationships with teachers are outstanding, as they consistently go above and beyond to support the students. Their care and dedication shine through in everything they do. Because of this, the school is able to bring out the very best in each child, both academically and socially.
We are so grateful to be part of such a warm and supportive community.

The school is standing out in wellbeing and academics.
The strength of this school for me is definitely the family feeling.
Classes are small, students are benefiting from individual support.
Teachers and staff are going beyond their ways to support the students.
Our son graduated from IB after attending the school for nine years.
He especially enjoyed the sports program, which created the perfect balance between wellbeing and academics. It all made the difference for his performance.

The school offers a highly qualified teaching staff who are always available, attentive, and respectful. The students are very motivated to learn and are inspired by the teachers themselves. The students are always happy to go to school, and this is certainly a very important element of the school.

We are a family of 5 that moved to Rotterdam from Perth, Western Australia in January 2025. After researching we chose Nord Anglia Rotterdam International School for our two older boys to attend (Grade 2 and 3). Moving from the other side of the world was very daunting and the children's education and wellbeing was at the forefront of our choice in schooling. Every single staff member we have met at NAISR have been kind, caring and accomodating from the very beginning. The children's teachers have been absolutely incredible, attending to their individuals needs in a holistic manner allowing them both to flourish personally and academically. We especially like that the school has small class sizes, allowing the children to have a lot of one on one time with the teachers as well as in group settings. The focus on student wellbeing and allowing the children to express themselves a... read full review

Nord Anglia International School Rotterdam has proven to be an overall positive experience for my daughter. The connections made with teachers are closer than those of bigger schools, due to the possibility of better contact and heightened concern of teachers for all students. It is like a big family community. The education is of high level and encourages students to think further in its MYP, and IB curriculums. The school has amazing opportunities, such as the Houston summit, which is an amazing experience for NAE students to connect globally and learn about leadership and core values. NAISR allows for strong student communication, but also the parent communications is exceptional, with a PTA and the regard to the opinions of parents and guardians. Furthermore, the school keeps the parents up to date with weekly updates and events coming up, making sure the parents will not mis... read full review

Attending Nord Anglia International School of Rotterdam has been an incredible journey for me as a student. The school offers a truly international atmosphere, which means I get to learn alongside classmates from all around the world. This is especially interesting as everyone brings their own perspective into this diverse school. Naisr has really brought the best in me, whether it was academically or in sports, or as a person in general. The facilities are top-notch, with science labs and the gym being so developed, to really offer the best to the students. The pupils at Naisr are very friendly, as soon as you enter the school, someone will certainly be willing to talk to you. I love how students are not restricted to being friends with people in their own grades, but they can also socialise with older students or younger students. Probably the best memory amongst many many othe... read full review

We have been extremely happy with our experience at NAISR. The level of education is excellent, and the teachers and staff are truly outstanding – they genuinely care about each individual child and give them the attention and support they need to thrive. Everything with the school runs smoothly, and the service provided is excellent in every way. Our daughter spent 2.5 years at NAISR in Foundation and Primary, and during that time she grew not only academically but also personally, thanks to the nurturing and inspiring environment. We are deeply grateful for the wonderful start to her education and highly recommend NAISR to any family seeking a caring, high-quality school.

As a former graduate, I can attest that my academic journey at this institution was fraught with inconsistencies.
Throughout my IB experience, we often faced the absence of our Math AA teacher due to “family circumstances” with no proper substitutions. This led to a rushed curriculum where many students were left bewildered. A considerable number of us had to hire tutors to bridge the gap, while others managed only because of their prior education in STEM-focused schools.
The same teacher also taught physics, and her frequent absences meant we often had no classes at all. Asking questions in her class was ill-advised as she could become aggressive if her explanations were not understood. The Math AI teacher, while slightly better, did not provide much relief.
On a more positive note, some teachers stood out for their excellence, such as the Psychology teacher, English B & D... read full review
