San Silvestre is a lay school but we offer catholic religion as a subject.

How does the school accommodate non-religious students or students of a different religion?

For those who do not want to study the catholic religion we offer another subject called World Values and Traditions. Girls also have the option of going to the library in case they do not want to take any of the subjects mentioned above.

They are always above world average. On the IB we have had perfect score in several years and on the IGCSEs we have also had several students who have been awarded the Top of the World Award.

Yes. We have a weekly homework schedule

It depends, on the section, on the garde level and on the subject. That is why we have a different homework schedule for each grade. The idea is for the girls to also have time to do all the extracurricular activities the school offers.

Learning support offered

Psycho-pedagogic services: for pupils with basic learning problems, the school provides assistance throughout their school years, stimulating the development of solutions in problem areas, either in small work groups or during class. We respect each child's learning process.

Individual student support: offers support for children with special needs. In all three sections, provision is made for those children to be identified, their needs assessed and, in close liaison with their teachers, an individual programme of support prepared.

There is no deadline, parents can apply throughout the year. For Nursery the admissions process starts in early August and vacancies are offered at the end of the year once every family has been interviewed and also depending on availability.

We also provide a range of sports the girls can practice after school such as football, gymnastics, ballet, volleyball, swimming, basketball, softball, hockey, athletics, aerobics.
