At Cracow International School, the preschool opens at 7:30 am, while in primary and high school, lessons usually start around 8:20 am, giving students time to settle in and begin the day ready to learn.

School finish time

Preschool closes at 5:20 pm, while in primary and high school, lessons finish depending on the schedule but usually no later than 3:00 pm, with after-school care available if needed until 5.20 pm.

Supervised care before/after school

Yes, at Cracow International School, we provide supervised after-school care for Primary school students in the afternoon, until 5:20 pm, giving families flexibility and ensuring students are cared for in a safe, structured environment.

In preschool and primary school, our annual programme is based on parents’ and students’ interests. We offer both paid classes, run by external providers, and free-of-charge activities organized by the school. For example, in the 2025/26 school year, paid classes included Ceramics, Ballet, Craft Club, Detective Club, Taekwondo, Chess, Trampolines, and Creative Dance, while school-organized activities included subject support classes, Choir, Craft Club, and Coding Club.

In high school, we run student-driven clubs organized by teachers, such as Coding Club, Charity Club, Science Club, and Art & Design Club, allowing students to explore their passions and develop new skills beyond the classroom.

Sports activities included

Physical education is an integral part of the curriculum. In primary school, students in grades 1–3 have 3 hours of PE per week, while students in grades 4–8 have 4 hours per week. These lessons include a variety of activities designed to develop fitness, coordination, teamwork, and overall well-being.

We do not currently have school sports teams, but our students actively participate in various sports competitions, giving them opportunities to develop skills, stay active, and enjoy healthy competition.
