The academic program implements both the Turkish and English languages as the languages of instruction. In addition, all students study a third language (French, German, Spanish) from grades 5-12.

ENKA provides a technology-focused learning environment for students featuring: a wireless campus, computer and design labs with the latest technology, smart projectors in the classrooms, 3D printers and the latest technology tools and equipment. In 2014 as part of the 1:1 learning model, ENKA rolled out a learning with iPads program. Students in Grade 4 and upper levels are expected to play an active role in their learning by bringing their own personal device.

The co-curricular program plays an important role in the educational program. Students are offered an incredible range of nearly 70 clubs and 30 after-school activities to choose from, providing them a wide range of social, cultural, and sporting options.

ENKA creates its school teams according to different levels in the tryouts that ENKA conducts at the beginning of the year. Students who are chosen for the school teams are licensed under the ENKA Schools school team and participate in matches. All the teams in ENKA attend the municipality tournaments within Sarıyer and the general municipal school tournaments that are held within Istanbul. The teams who are ranked in these competitions attend regional and national championships.
