Established in 2013, British Vietnamese International School Hanoi (BVIS Hanoi) is a Nord Anglia Education school, part of a worldwide family of 85 international schools located in 33 countries. Together, we educate around 80,000 students. Such numbers give unparalleled access to educational opportunities with key institutions within the educational world. Currently, Nord Anglia Schools collaborate with Juilliard, MIT and UNICEF in ongoing partnerships, providing a unique learning experience for students.

BVIS Hanoi provides a world-class education within Vietnam, for students aged 2-18. At BVIS, students follow an internationally recognised British education adapted from the English National Curriculum to embrace Vietnamese culture. In Primary, the English Early Years Foundation Stage and International Primary Curriculum (IPC) are also used in our unique bilingual model. In Year 10, students begin CAIE International General Certificate of Secondary Education (IGCSE). In Years 12 and 13, students study for International A Levels leading to entry into the world’s finest universities of their choice.

BVIS is located in a high quality, purpose-built campus in the Royal City complex in the Thanh Xuan district of Hanoi.

Three separate but closely linked buildings: one for each of Early Years Foundation Stage, Primary and Secondary, with:

Art, Music and Theater

At BVIS we are passionate about all three performing arts. Students in our schools around the world experience music, dance and drama as they form an important part of our curriculum from the age of four right through to middle school. Sports

Students at BVIS participate in the traditional sports of football, basketball, swimming, athletics, and volleyball. In addition these sports the school also offers climbing, dance and outdoor activities.
