The Wellington Values are courage, respect, iIntegrity, kindness and responsibility. These values continue to underpin the conversations we have with pupils, the messaging we give in assemblies, and are embedded at the heart of our rewards and sanctions at the College. They encapsulate how we want Wellingtonians to be.
Whereas the Wellington Values are sought in Wellingtonians before they even join the College, and will be reinforced and communicated throughout their time as pupils here, the Wellington Identities are what we want all Wellingtonians to be and to become. They are inspired, intellectual, independent, individual and inclusive. We hope that as they leave the College as Old Wellingtonians, all our pupils will be role-models of these five characteristics, which describe the Wellington identity.
