Alberto Domínguez
Head of School
Since 1981, SEK International School Dublin has offered a constantly evolving educational model focused on the individualisation and personalisation of student learning. As part of SEK Education Group, we have developed our own model, the SEK Future Learning Model, as an evolution of the Intelligent Classroom teaching framework, which integrates the learning principles of the International Baccalaureate (IB) and the New England Association of Schools and Colleges (NEASC). Our educational system is based on the exploration of concepts, inquiry and the development of skills that foster creativity and learning beyond the classroom.
At SEK International School Dublin, we offer the IB Middle Years Programme (MYP) and the Diploma Programme (DP). These highly prestigious programmes ensure comprehensive education and multiple benefits, such as the development of critical and independent thinking, community involvement and action, and awareness of global issues with the aim of contributing to creating a better world.
We are an educational community that is made up of students from over 18 nationalities and a faculty of teachers with a clear international profile and extensive experience in teaching the IB programmes. We focus on helping students enhance their abilities as they develop the necessary learning approaches to achieve academic and personal success.
Thank you for your trust. We look forward to accompanying your children on a journey of discovery, growth, and achievement.
