As a Bring Your Own Device school (BYOD) students in Years 3 – 9 have access to iPads and an Apple pencil to promote creativity, work collaboratively and gain access to transformational feedback opportunities through selected applications.

The classroom is no longer a static environment with a teacher working from the front. With multiple display panels, teachers can provide several learning opportunities for students within the same lesson. Teachers utilize iPads to roam freely around the classroom, providing focused support where needed and sharing resources and activities via Apple TV’s.

Virtual Reality headsets allow students to explore space stations, walk on the great wall of China and visit the Holy Kaba, without stepping out of the classroom! 3D printers, digital visualizers, interactive tables, and a selection of software applications equip students with 21st century digital skills in preparation for life beyond school.

Students will use Augmented Reality on their devices to understand key knowledge in an immersive, experiential and interactive way rather than through a worksheet or video. ISCS uses, technology to aid learning, enhance student experiences and empower them to learn independently through the use of technology. All aspects of learning will be carefully tracked, and parents have access to their child's learning and feedback given by the teacher, which will promote a strong home-school learning experience.

IGCSE, A Levels

ISCS is proud to have an established partnership with the Maharat Learning Center. The Maharat Learning Center in Dubai has been established to provide children and young adults with special educational needs the tools and strategies they need to access and succeed in mainstream education. Maharat Learning Center is a smart learning center equipped with the latest state of the art technology for learning and teaching.

Entrance test

Admission will be based on entrance test for each year and key stage level. Due to high demands prospective students for Year 3 and above will also be required to undertake a CAT4 (Cognitive Ability Testing) test on a published date and location.

Playgrounds: The indoor and outdoor playgrounds are equipped with specialised safe flooring and multi-provision for different games, creating a safe level of usability.

Multi-Purpose Hall: Multi-Purpose Hall is built to the facilities of the Secondary School for various activities such as sports, special events, exams, etc.

Swimming pool: The large, covered swimming pool is heated in cooler months so the lessons may continue throughout the year.
