The highest rate of returning teachers I've seen in any school - signs of a terrific work environment.
Parents and students are really happy and always have nice things to say about it.
Admin works hard to promote the great activities/events and foster positive relationships throughout.
High standards for both teachers and students, as well as lots of freedom of expression for both to grow also.

The school is in great decline over the past two years. Many good teachers are leaving and are replaced with inssuficient substitutes. The amout of homework is overwhelming and the school is not following IB
syllabus correctly. This further demotivates students and has strong negative on their well being.
