The SEN team provides individual and group sessions, conducts initial diagnostics, and offers ongoing support for students experiencing challenges. Each student with special educational needs follows an Individual Educational Plan (IEP) developed collaboratively by teachers and the SEN team.
Support is provided in accordance with the school’s Inclusion Policy. In cases where continuous educational support is required, the student learns with the help of an individual tutor who accompanies them throughout the day and assists in the learning process.

The school supports gifted, able and talented students

Several times a year, the school organizes academic Olympiads, through which winning students are granted a full scholarship that covers the entire tuition fee.
Throughout the learning process, if a student is identified as gifted or exceptionally talented, the school provides all possible support by differentiating the educational program according to the student’s needs and development goals. The school also helps such students participate in international Olympiads and other enrichment opportunities beneficial for their academic growth.

Brief description of entry evaluation required

Our school operates within a two-campus educational system. The Early Years School admits children after an initial diagnostic assessment conducted by the school’s psychologists to determine whether the child’s development aligns with their age, to identify any special educational needs, and to ensure a smooth adaptation process.
The second campus is a comprehensive school for Grades 1–12. Admission there takes place in two stages: first, candidates complete entrance exams in mathematics, science, and languages; then, successful applicants have an interview with the school psychologists. The Admissions Committee makes the final decision based on the results of both stages.

Qualities and characteristics best defining the school

Invento the Uzbek International School is a next-generation international Uzbek school, fully accredited for all International Baccalaureate programmes (IB PYP, MYP, DP) and recognized as an IB World School.

Our mission is to prepare the leaders of tomorrow and guide children throughout their entire educational journey — from the age of two to admission into the world’s top universities. We provide not only strong academic knowledge but also the skills, experience, and support essential for a successful future.

Learning at our Tashkent City and Ashgabat campuses helps students develop confident English proficiency. Starting from ages 2–3, English is gradually introduced while maintaining a strong focus on the development of the native language, which forms the foundation for future learning. This approach allows children to transition naturally into Grade 1, where all instruction is conducted in English.

We are proud to be an Uzbek international school, dedicated to fostering global thinking through the study and appreciation of Tashkent’s and Uzbekistan’s local environment and culture.

Teaching approach of the school

Invento promotes safe, engaging, and challenging holistic education in a supportive and positive atmosphere for all community members.
Our core values are Engage, Enhance, and Empower — we engage students by fostering curiosity, creativity, and active participation in their learning; we enhance their growth by developing knowledge, skills, and character through continuous learning and reflection; and we empower them to become confident, responsible, and compassionate individuals ready to make a meaningful contribution to the world.

We aim to help our students develop the skills of learning itself, enabling them to become lifelong learners who think critically and adapt to an ever-changing world. At the same time, we encourage openness to diversity and multiculturalism, nurturing respect for other cultures while fostering pride in their own national identity and appreciation of local values and traditions.
