My son thrived at this school. He attended MYP classes, and the teaching quality was high. It is a real IB school where students learn through inquiry and develop skills and understanding beyond what’s supposed at their age. There are also plenty of opportunities to grow in other areas such as drama, music, makers… state of the art learning and teaching. Very unfortunate that had to leave the country and still missing the highlight of the school: its community! A place where your kids and your family will definitely belong. Congratulations

I am quite disappointed with my child's experience at this school. Academically, the standards are very poor, and the foundational education is weak. There are numerous social activities that come at the expense of academic lessons. The administration is disorganized, and the school’s system is unclear. I have concerns about s afety measures, and cleanliness is also subpar. Additionally, from my perspective, the school does not seem to respect the local culture and language. Overall, we regret our experience and are quite dissatisfied.

I had the highest of hopes in joining SEK but sadly the staff and administrators aren’t at the level of professionalism that they’re expected to be. It was an agonizing year for both my daughter and I. The issues we faced were purely school/staff policy/culture related and nothing educational, since the curriculum wasn’t challenging enough for someone who’s both intelligent and inquisitive like her. I don’t recommend this school to anyone with middle school aged kids with “character”, as it expects only silent and obedient students without any space for conversation, constructive criticism or nuance.
