Head of School
Set in a stunning garden campus, AISPP offers education to students from 2 to 18 years old with impressive facilities, a wellbeing focus utilising Positive Education, and a true community feeling for students, families and staff alike.
Our Early Years programme draws on the core values of the Reggio Emilia Approach together with the Australian Early Years Learning Framework. Primary and Middle Years students focus on the rigorous standards of the Australian Curriculum, taught through the acclaimed International Baccalaureate (IB) Programmes, PYP and MYP. We are fully authorised to offer the IB Diploma Programme and the IB Career-related Programme, for AISPP senior students looking forward to various pathways to universities worldwide, making AISPP the only 4 Programme IB school in Cambodia.
Our teachers are highly qualified and experienced educators with an average of 15 years’ experience. Over 60% of our education staff hold Master’s Degrees or higher, many from some of the world’s leading institutions: The University of Melbourne, Deakin University Victoria, Flinders University Adelaide, Tufts University, Michigan State University, SUNY Buffalo State, Trinity College Cambridge UK, Hong Kong University and many more – meaning your children benefit from the best education available.
AISPP is proud to be leading the way in Cambodia.

Qualities and characteristics best defining the school
|
AISPP has been awarded the highly esteemed 5-year accreditation status by the Accrediting Commission for Schools, Western Association of Schools and Colleges (ACS WASC). We have also achieved the prestigious accreditation from the Council of International School (CIS).
CIS International Accreditation is a rigorous, school-wide evaluative process that measures alignment with internationally benchmarked standards and provides guidance for continued improvement.
We offer IB education from the Primary Years Programme (PYP), through to the Middle Years Programme (MYP) and close with both the Diploma Programme (DP) and the Career-related Programme (CP) for the final two years.
We utilise the Australian national curriculum.
|
Teaching approach of the school
|
Our Early Years Programme follows the Australian Early years Learning Framework and from EY3 students are also taught through the framework of the Primary Years programme of the International Baccalaureate.
|
Primary | Ages 2-11
Choosing AISPP for your child means choosing a place where they can flourish academically, socially, and emotionally.
At AISPP, we believe in a holistic approach to education, blending innovative teaching methods with a nurturing environment. Our dedicated
teaching staff fosters a love of learning and creativity, ensuring each student receives personalised attention and care.
With a diverse community and a curriculum that prepares students for a global future, AISPP is more than a school—it's a journey toward lifelong
success.
Secondary | Ages 11-18
We aim to provide pathways for each individual student to find success, not only at school but when they leave to study further or begin a career.
The school is proud to be the only four-programme IB school in Cambodia, and in Secondary we offer IB Middle Years, Diploma and Careers-related Programmes. The CP offers a more specialized pathway into areas such as art, design, engineering or hospitality.
Small class sizes and student-teacher ratios mean that our teachers know every student and can tailor teaching and learning to individual needs and
strengths.
