They are very disorganized, and the management doesn’t seem to know what they are doing. I have been waiting for a transfer certificate for over a week, and they kept telling me that it was still pending with the Ministry of Education. However, when I visited them in person, I discovered that no request had even been submitted. There is no respect for people’s time, and they continuously provide misleading and inaccurate information. This has been a very frustrating and disappointing experience.

During the past two years, my overall experience with the school was positive, and I used to receive good feedback regarding the teachers and how classes were managed. However, this academic year, I have faced two main concerns with my sons in Year 4 and Year 1.
For my son in Year 4, I have noticed that the teacher mainly focuses on the high achievers, while students at a medium level receive very limited support. There has been no clear effort to help him improve, and it seems that the school depends almost entirely on parents to handle their child’s progress.
Regarding my son in Year 1, he started using inappropriate words in class. Although I raised this issue several times, no effective action was taken to address it or to separate him from the group of students influencing this behavior.
I truly believe the school needs to take a more active role in supporting students of all levels and in managing behavioral issues more effectively.
