this is not an IB school, it is just an American diploma school that happens to attempt to award IB to its students, they sleep throughout all stages and wake up suddenly in high school thinking that they can make the students all of a sudden become effective and responsible individual in 2 years, the staff is not professional and communication is almost non exisiting, they moved this year to a new campus and in order to save money, they didnt make sure it is ready and just shipped the students to half-ready campus with dangerously incomplete facilities, suffice to say that we are one month into school and no labs, no playgrounds, no internet on campus, and no uniforms are given, the traffic around school is a nightmare, and management don't even have the courage to hold a parents meeting or communicate with parents out of their constant elusion to confronting parents and owning up to their mistake and poor planning, not recommended at all

Al Faris is not exactly a school. Definitely not by realistic Western standards.
We had the misfortune of needing to push our kids through the "IB diploma programme" here - something which is distorted to such extremes that it loses any resemblance to what IB genuinely stands for. Inquisitive learning becomes more like Spanish Inquisition.
Gender segregation, extreme and irrational grade boundaries, super weird approach to sciences a

The school isnt all of what you think of its a below average school with below average facilities and toilets.
