Do teachers assign homework to their students?

In Primary School, after a full day school, we believe that it is important that children have time after school to explore other interests. We therefore take a moderate approach towards homework. In Secondary School, students are set homework suitable for their year group. This builds in challenge and length each year but is not normally excessive. Homework is an essential part of the curriculum, as it develops our students’ independent working skills whilst embedding and stretching key learning.
