At Collège Champittet, students benefit from the latest technology and innovative teaching approaches. In 2010, we introduced iPads to Primary School classes and later integrated MacBooks into Secondary School. Today, all students and teachers from grades 4 to 14 have their own personal iPad to support learning, collaboration, and creative projects. In Secondary School, classrooms are also equipped with digital screens to further enhance interactive teaching and learning.

Founded in 1903 as a Catholic school, Collège Champittet now maintains its original humanist values while embracing a global vision of education. The institution welcomes students of all confessions and beliefs. Students may choose either Religious Culture or Catechism, and optional religious activities are available for those who wish to participate.

All students, regardless of their beliefs, are welcome at our school. As a multidenominational institution, we ensure that every student feels included and respected. Collège Champittet achieved a 100% pass rate in the Swiss Maturité, setting a new school record with an exceptional score of 122 out of 126 points, and reaching its highest-ever overall average of 102.5.
The French Baccalaureate also recorded a 100% pass rate for the ninth consecutive year.
In the International Baccalaureate (IBDP), students obtained an average score of 32.5, surpassing the global average of 30.58. Additionally, 14% of candidates achieved 40 points or more, and 65% of graduates earned a bilingual French–English diploma, well above the global average of 27% (2024 data). These results are based on the 2024–2025 academic year.

At Collège Champittet, student wellbeing is a top priority. Our dedicated Safeguarding Team: including médiateurs, the school nurse, the responsable vie scolaire, and our school psychologist, supports students daily and ensures a safe, caring environment.
If a student shows signs of specific learning needs or difficulties, parents are encouraged to consult a specialist. If no assessment is completed within a reasonable time, the school may take appropriate steps in line with child protection laws to ensure the student’s wellbeing.
