This school has no chance of improving with the current principal in primary. They thrive on authoritarian handling of children. Threats and fear mongering students daily. Mentally stressful and abusive in they ways. Not an ounce if dedure to change despite the school being aware of this for years and continuing to be told. The workload is messy. Communication is severely lacking and secretive. No sense of community in this school.
