YK Pao School is a pioneering international Chinese school. The school is a private non-profit institution founded in 2007, in memory of Sir Yue-Kong Pao, the renowned Chinese businessman and philanthropist. Shanghai SMIC Private School is a K-12 school established in 2001 by Semiconductor Manufacturing International Corporation (SMIC). Our school has a teaching staff of nearly 400 serving over 3300 students in grades K-12 in both International and Chinese diploma programs.
