Brief description of entry evaluation required |
There are no academic requirements for acceptance into the Early Childhood Educational programs (~2+ to 5+ years of age). Prospective students are interviewed. They must be able to speak, follow simple instructions, and must be toilet-trained. New students in other grade levels take diagnostic tests in the core subjects of English and mathematics. Diagnostic tests help to determine if prospective students have attained the minimum expected standard for the appropriate class. Once the diagnostic tests have been taken, scored, and the results carefully considered, a final placement decision is made by the school. |
