This depends a lot on the grades; in primary years normally 1 or 2 a week and no more than 20'; from 5th till 8th grade it increases gradually but usual is twice a week and no more than 45'; starting IGCSE and ALevels homework 4/5 times a week and around 60'.

Teaching approach of the school

Our approach is an active learning one. We develop the student as a totalitty.
Aprendizes offers the Portuguese curriculum till 6th grade with a bilingual approach. After that our students move to the Cambridge Lower and Upper Secondary. At grades 9th and 10th they follow the IGCSE and at 11th and 12th the A level curriculum. We are certificated to have the equivalence in Portugal.
