We also offer dedicated one-year language and academic immersion programmes in English and French, designed to help students to become confident communicators and quality to enter any of our high school diplomas.

Use of technology in the classroom	At Collège Champittet, students benefit from the latest technology and teaching approaches. In 2010, we made iPads available to Primary School classes, and MacBooks were introduced into Secondary School classes. Now all students and teachers in grades 4 to 14 have their own personal iPad to help them learn, collaborate and carry out projects.

Founded in 1903 as a Catholic school, Collège Champittet now maintains its original humanist values while embracing a global vision and approach to education. Extracurricular activities or clubs offered	We offer more than 40 extracurricular activities suitable for all ages and interests. From sports (dance, football, skiing, stand up paddle, sailing, fencing, basketball, tennis, boxing, etc.), to entrepreneurship, IT coding, drama, gardening, music, etc.

Pre-school | 3 to 4 years old

Taught in English and French, our stimulating pre-school curriculum nurtures our littlest learners’ growth through play. Fun activities develop formative literacy and numeracy skills, while hands-on learning encourages students to take the lead, work with others, and grow in confidence. In everything they do, our specialist teachers and teaching assistants will nurture your child’s natural curiosity and creativity – and help them discover the world around them.

At our international pre-school in Switzerland, our youngest children follow a blend of Swiss, French, and British curricula, which has been specifically designed by Champittet teachers for our students.

Primary | 4 to 12 years old

Our bilingual primary curriculum provides an outstanding academic foundation, ensuring each child excels in reading, writing, and maths. Lessons are lively, fun, and engaging, and encourage students to be creative, think critically, and embrace new ideas. In small class sizes, your child will receive the personalised care and attention they need to flourish, too. This will prepare them for the transition to secondary.

We offer a one-of-a-kind primary school education in Switzerland. Learning here, your child will follow a combination of Swiss, French, and British curricula, which has been specifically designed by our teachers.

In primary, children study maths, science, history, literature, languages, music, arts and crafts, and PE. We instil strong values, too, ensuring every child is supported to grow personally, socially, and emotionally.

Secondary | 12 to 18 years old

At Collège Champittet, our secondary curriculum is divided into two stages:

Grades 9-10 (middle school): Students either follow our bilingual French-English pathway or the pre-International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP) in English.

Grades 11-14 (high school): Students choose to study for either the anglophone IBDP, the francophone French Baccalaureate, or the bilingual Swiss Maturité.

All three of our high school diploma programmes are academically rigorous and rooted in Swiss standards of excellence. Our teaching approach encourages students to be inquisitive, develop a breadth of skills, and gain a global perspective.

The Collège Champittet Pully Campus is a spectacular place to live and learn. Here, striking 19th century buildings sit alongside purpose-built facilities to create a secure yet stimulating day and boarding environment, enveloped by trees and backdropped by stunning mountain vistas.

Situated on the shore of Lake Geneva – and just a short walk from the bright lights of Lausanne and majestic Swiss Alps – our four-hectare campus is ideally located, too. This unlocks a world of opportunities, including sailing, skiing, and our fantastic Forest School.
