Entry evaluation for students


Brief description of entry evaluation required

The Colegio Anglo Colombiano does perform evaluations before accepting new students. The evaluations are different depending on the grade to which the student is applying. From PK to TR we have individual observations on the different areas of development performed by the Pre-school team. For grades 1 to 10 we use MAP Test as our admissions evaluation. For Grade 11 we use internal examination papers.

Deadline for registration (new academic year)

Colegio Anglo Colombiano has different deadlines for registration in an new academic year: for Pre-kinder the deadline is from May to June, for Kinder to G11 from June to August.

Students can join after academic year begins

Yes. Colegio Anglo Colombiano has an ongoing admissions process taking into account that international families are constantly moving and those movement in many cases does not match the start of the academic year.
