We currently use virtual classroom technologies including Google Classroom for teaching and learning. Incorporating both synchronous meetings and asynchronous video lectures, students are working on projects and completing assignments from a distance.

Students who practice a religion are allowed to do so, but the school has no religious affiliation. Students with specific religious needs (transportation to/from religious services, prayer spaces, etc.) are accommodated.

Students enrolled in the IBDP or IB Certificate courses complete IB Examinations at the end of their senior year. Students also take the PSAT and SAT in preparation for university applications.

Entry evaluation for students

Our admissions process includes an application, an interview and an English assessment.

Brief description of entry evaluation required

During the application process, EF Academy will ask you to take an admissions test. The Cognitive Abilities Test (CAT4), the preferred Secondary School Admissions Test (SSAT) and the TOEFL Junior test are all accepted. These tests assess your strengths and weaknesses and identify your learning preferences so that EF Academy can offer you the appropriate support and instruction to ensure you maximize your potential at here.

Taking the English test if you are not a native English speaker is required.

We offer 8 varsity sports and over 65 clubs and extracurricular activities, including Robotics Club, Cooking Club, Drama Club, Philanthropy Club, Model United Nations, Student Council and more. Students who are interested in a club or hobby that isn't offered are welcome to create new clubs.

Yes. We offer year-round intramural sports in addition to the following competitive sports teams: Volleyball, soccer, cross country running, basketball, cheerleading, golf, track and field, and tennis.
