Teacher
Over the past few years, a lot of teachers have left within the first year, and they still are doing this, which offers no consistency for students, and no security for staff.
They claim to be a 'family/caring school' - I don't think this is the case!
Facilities are not good - in fairness they do have a new secondary building on the way (but it is very late (and over budget)) - there are no sporting facilities to speak of and no plan of anything in the near future, the outside 'play area' is tiny and will not be any larger with the new building, even though they are expecting more students.
The owner has a habit of sending reactive emails/letters to parents, which are less than polite.
Students are forced to have school provided food, which is not of a good, or healthy, standard.
For the money, there are much better schools to look at in Budapest.

Many thanks for taking the time to share your feedback with us; we value your insight.
BBIS has undertaken many changes in the last couple of years, particularly since the first National Lock-down. When we returned to the school last September we redoubled our efforts to promote and support the happiness and wellbeing of everyone involved in the school. The construction work on our new, purpose-built Secondary School is due to complete soon, and we are very much looking forward to moving in. It has been a tough challenge during The Pandemic to continue building on schedule. As an inner-city school, we make the most of the outside space that we have available to us. We are very fortunate to have wonderful green spaces close to the school that we take advantage of regularly for our outdoor learning. The building of the state of the art gym facility will start as soon as the Secondary Building is complete. Our food service continues to evolve, and with feedback from our wider community and our Student Council members, we continue to find ways to improve the menu and quality of food we serve while maintaining the focus on offering a healthy, balanced diet that students enjoy. Our continued desire is for our school to be a happy, caring and inclusive environment, where everyone is valued and respected.

The school fees are too high for the facilities and quality of education on offer. For not a lot more you can send your child to other schools in Budapest, which are far superior in every aspect.

I agree with the other reviews about the frequent changes of teaching staff. It appears that the school is unable to hold on to their teachers for very long. As soon as the children form a bond and get used to their teaching methods, they leave and a new teacher takes their place. This is not good for children, they need consistency.

The School Faculty is Really Well Trained and Friendly .
As a parent , most importantly , I would trust the school and its teachers to take care and educate my kid when I am not around . The Trust factor created by the Principal and Faculty is very high and they leave no stone un-turned to take care of their students in all respects.
Any parent who is seeking a trustworthy and a highly reformed platform to Educate their kid / kids should surely try to consider BBIS. I am very happy with my choice and feel that other parents should also experience the school.
